These are my questions:
1. What B the origin of your artistic experience? How did
it start and what legs?
When I was teenager I like a punk music.
So I went to the Engl and and I saw interesting people,cultur,architecture and
etc...
Later I've beginning to take a photograph in japan. 'cause I've got some friends
who making films and photos.
In case of about making-dolls, it was just a by chance. I was worked to making
clothes.
So I thought I would be a designer...
But now, I found that all my experience are good for making-dolls.
2. What influences have you been inspired by?
Everything! Particularly all kind of nature! For exsample, animals,insects,fishes,flowers
and etc..
3. According to your opinion, is there a contact point between
European art and Japanese aesthetics ideas? And in your works?
It is difficult question...
I think everywhere are very similar now ,specially some cities in the world.
But I dont know well about it very much. 'cause it is not so important for me.
My point of viwe is Beautiful things. I don't mind Western and Eastern so much.
If I feel something beautiful, that's OK.that'all.
Maybe I can't live without something beauty.(laugh!!!)
4. Why do you use dolls for your artistic works ? What does
the dolls represent for you?
'cause The form of human has been attracting me.
But I'rather like making hybrid children. For example, a marmaid,a cat-woman,
a bat-woman,a unicorn and etc...
And you know, my biggest doll is as same as grown-up woman.
5. Some works are composed with dolls on moving: why? What
do you like to express with moving?
I just tried to entertaining. Weren't it feel fun?
6. Is it possible to consider your works?
Sure things,I think.
7. What according to you?
Something occultic, old castle, the spideres' web ...and romantic!
8. Do you like European Gothic scene? What in particular?
Yes,I do. I like old horror movies, novels and music looks like siouxsie and the banshees.
9. Is it in japanese tradition something that looks like culture?
I think yes it is. Particularly Middle Ages in japan.
10. In Japan, is there a Gothic scene?
Yes it is.
11. What are your project for the future? Are you working
for new stages
A solo exhibition in autumn in tokyo. and I would like to have issue my dolls' photos book.
