Really a good performance by this one-man Lituanian Band, that’s actually enlisted in the Roman underground scene. The kind of music is Black Metal without any doubt, but it’s not too close to the typical Norwegian style; you can also hear some interesting Trash/Death influences.
The drums were played very well by Agares (Throne Of Deacadence, Ars Onirica, Ghouls) that here appears just as a special guest. The production is very clear and aggressive, even if the guitar sound could be better.
As you can easy understand by the album title, the central theme is War, that here is considered as a necessary life element. The album is composed in 6 tracks, quiet different from each other. “War is coming soon” – an instrumental piece - is the starting point, that sounds such like a war declaration: after a small acoustic guitar intro, full of gun shots and soldiers screams, the poor listener is hardly hammered on his face by aggressive guitars rhythms and cruel mid-tempos. Than comes “Bloody Frontline”, very powerful and oppressive, and “Song For The Enemy” (the guitar riffs are very close to the Carpathian Forest “Strange Old Blew” sounds!). The most interesting song is “Children that will nevermore wake up”, characterized by slow and sad melodies, and oppressive accelerations. I hope that many people could here this great album, that you can easy buy at the small price of 5 Euros!
