The Aleph,a group who had made the second demo, has a very particular sound, really.
In listening the three tracks we can find some classical caustic riffs
typical of the trash genre or some more melodic passages which commemorate
the best men of heavy.
In my opinion, musically speaking, passages and rythmic parts are well
organized even if, maybe due to long tracks, (I'm referring to the last
two songs: 9 min 18 sec and 10 min 49 sec respectively) the final result
is quite lacking,we dont' understand the real musical conducting of the
group, I'm not criticizing their choice to mix different metal genres, infact
i think that it's a good and succesful idea even if long songs are difficult
to be organized, keeping clear the main outline of the song.
I think that another weak point is the voice, because I think that is not
pertinent in relation with the all song and even if there aren't any mistakes
by the singer, the voice is quite suitable to the style he is unable to
be so expressive and incisive(he have to should be) he is unable to transmit
strong emotions, that,on the contrary the other instruments do.
He remembers me some performances of the best men in the past
It's a sort of performance, full of deja-vu,which doesn't transmit very
much sensations
What a pity!Because it can be a more exciting work.
...There is plenty of time to improve themseves...
