A big surprise were been the Korp, a swedish band that I didn’t know but which had surely attracted my attention.
A swedish band that, as the best musical tradition of their nation, had realised a thrash death album, with some melodic insert: you mustn’t think that they are the same swedish band... Korp had realised a very personal album which, maintaining the tradition, can astonish you.
Una grossa sorpresa sono stati i Korp, una band svedese a me sconosciuta, ma che ha indubbiamente saputo attirare la mia attenzione.
Great compositions, tracks that offer a great impact enriched with strange intervals characterized from the greatly refined sounds, like in "Subterranean Treasures"... which has very close up rythm, effective and melodic the guitar solos, while it is from praising the excellent performance of Lundberg, vocalist incisive and useful.
“Thorns Of Centuries Unfold” is, with no doubt, a great album, in my opinion it must be added to the masterpieces realized by Darkane and Hatesphere … big.
